• For small events ~Catering, small event furniture, photography is not provided by the venue and must be pre-approved in venue plan and agreement. Please plan to schedule a plan meeting with these details and your coordinated contacts.

• Privacy and exclusivity~ a controlled, private environment conducive to fashion/editorial shoots, engagement and wedding portraits, commercial lookbooks, and personal branding sessions. Black Lantern Greenhouse is reserved for professionals and exclusive arrangements.

Practical Considerations for Professionals:

• Booking flexibility: options are available for half-day and full-day rentals; advance scheduling for staged productions and weekend prime time. Contact us directly!

  Booking & Payments

  • A deposit equal to half the session fee is required to reserve your booking. Deposits are nonrefundable, if the session is cancelled.

  • Full payment is due at time of arrival, before any venue rental photography or setup begins.

  • Full-day and half-day rentals are available with prior approval. Half-day rentals start at $500 and include 4 hours. Full-day rentals start at $1,000 and include 8 hours. Special pricing may be available in exchange for professional exchange of photos or marketing partnerships.

  • Specific setting decorations and staging are available for an additional fee.

  Policies

  • Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome, subject to pre-approval.. For safety reasons, pit bulls and dogs with a history of aggression are not permitted.

  • Boudoir sessions must be pre-approved. Lingerie is required; nudity is not allowed.

  • Guest capacity is limited to 12 guests unless prior approval is obtained. Larger groups may require additional facility preparation and fees.

  • A small event venue plan must be created prior to confirmation. We’ll set up a meeting with you to get the details.

  • The property owners will be present during all sessions.

  • The venue is accessible to guests with disabilities; however, the restroom is not wheelchair accessible.

  • All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver and release upon arrival.

  • Weather Policy: If your session is affected by adverse weather conditions, a re-booking session can be arranged, pending soonest availability.

  We strive to provide a refined, comfortable and respectful environment for creative work and small events. For inquiries, availability, or to request approvals for boudoir , pets, or extended rental use, please contact us directly.

• Photography-friendly logistics: easy load-in/load-out, neighborhood street parking for guests and electricity available for lighting or equipment setup.

• We do NOT ALLOW: loud music, disruptions to our neighbors, or large parties. You are guests, and violations of respect and consideration for the property may result in forfeiture of your rental agreement.

• Northern Colorado access: centrally located for photographers throughout Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and surrounding communities.
